BIM Hero DAO Summit 2027 - Terms & Conditions

These terms cover tickets for the BIM Hero DAO Global Summit 2027, Nashville, May 12-14, 2027. In short: your ticket gets you into the Summit events in your package, refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and below is what we are each responsible for.

1. Who we are. The BIM Hero DAO Global Summit 2027 ("the Summit") is organised by BIM Hero DAO LLC, 4400 Lone Oak Road, Nashville, Tennessee, USA ("we", "us"). By buying a ticket, you agree to these terms and to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy.

2. Tickets. All prices are in US dollars, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. If you pay from a non-US account, your bank's exchange rate and fees apply. Your ticket is linked to your name and email and must be presented on entry; photo ID may be requested. Tickets may not be resold. Transfers are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. No membership or financial interest. Purchasing a ticket gives you access to the Summit events included in your ticket type only. It does not confer membership of BIM Hero DAO, governance or voting rights, tokens, or any ownership, investment or financial interest of any kind. Nothing presented at the Summit is an offer of securities or investment advice.

4. Programme changes. We may change the programme, speakers, schedule or venue where necessary. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund unless the Summit is cancelled or postponed, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Conduct. All attendees, speakers, sponsors and staff must follow our Code of Conduct and reasonable instructions from event staff. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaches it, without refund.

6. Photography & recording. The Summit will be photographed, recorded and streamed live online, and session recordings will be published afterwards, including on YouTube. By attending, you consent to your image and voice being captured and used in our marketing and event materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, tell the registration desk on arrival and we will give you a lanyard marker so our photographers can avoid you.

7. Tours and third parties. Tours, the hotel and some services are run by third parties under their own terms. You join tours and activities at your own risk and must follow the instructions of guides and site staff.

8. Travel and visas. You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, passport and visa. If you are travelling from outside the US, apply early for any visa or ESTA; we can send you a letter confirming your registration. A refused visa does not qualify for a refund after the refund deadline, but you can transfer your ticket to a colleague.

9. Your data. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We only share your details with sponsors or partners if you opt in.

10. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel, accommodation, or loss of business or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Events beyond our control. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public health restrictions, government action, travel disruption, strikes or venue failure. In those cases our Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out your options.

12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

13. Changes and contact. We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought your ticket applies to your purchase. Questions: info@bimhero.io.
