BIM Hero DAO Summit 2027 - Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all ticket types for the BIM Hero DAO Global Summit 2027, Nashville, May 12-14, 2027.

Cancellations. All cancellations must be made by email to info@bimhero.io and take effect on the date received.
On or before March 29, 2027: full refund, less a $75 processing fee.
March 30 – May 8, 2027: no refund, but you may send a colleague in your place at no charge.
From May 9, 2027: no refund or transfer.

Transfers. To send a colleague in your place, email info@bimhero.io by May 8, 2027 with their name, title and email. The ticket type stays the same.

Upgrades & downgrades. Until March 29, 2027, you can upgrade from Live to All Access by paying the difference (subject to availability), or downgrade from All Access to Live and get the difference back. No changes after that date.

Package inclusions. Ticket packages are sold as a whole. No partial refunds or credits are given for unused components (welcome party, dinner or tours). No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.

If plans change.
We cancel the Summit: full refund, including the processing fee.
We postpone the Summit: your ticket moves to the new date, or you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the announcement.
We cancel the tours: All Access holders get back the difference between All Access and Live.
We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

Refund payments. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, in US dollars. We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your bank. Hotel bookings are subject to the hotel's own cancellation policy.
