This policy explains how BIM Hero DAO LLC handles your personal information for the BIM Hero DAO Global Summit 2027 and this website, wherever you live. In short: we collect only what we need to run the Summit, we never sell your data, and we only use it for marketing or share it with sponsors if you say yes.

BIM Hero DAO LLC, 4400 Lone Oak Road, Nashville, Tennessee, USA ("we", "us") is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and Summit registrations.

What we collect.
Registration details: name, email, job title, company, country and ticket type
Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details
Event preferences you choose to give us, such as dietary or accessibility requirements, used only to provide for you at the Summit
Photos, recordings and livestreams of the Summit, and the details you give if you join online (see our Terms & Conditions)
Website usage data collected through cookies and analytics

How we use it. To process your registration and payment, run the Summit, send you event information, provide for your dietary and accessibility needs, and improve future events. If you opt in, we will also send you news about BIM Hero DAO and future events.

Who we share it with.
Service providers who help us run the Summit, such as our website, ticketing, payment and virtual event platforms, venue, hotel and tour operators, only as needed to deliver your booking
Sponsors and partners, only if you opt in at registration
Authorities, where required by law

Why we can use your data (EU and UK attendees). We use your data to deliver your ticket (contract), for things you have said yes to, such as marketing, sponsor sharing and dietary or accessibility needs (consent), and to run and improve the Summit (legitimate interests).

If you are outside the US. We are a US company, so your data is sent to and stored in the US, with safeguards in place to protect it.

How long we keep it. Registration records are kept for up to 3 years after the Summit for accounting and legal purposes. Dietary and accessibility information is deleted within 90 days after the Summit. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@bimhero.io and we will respond within 30 days. EU and UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.

Children. The Summit and this website are not intended for anyone under 18.
