BIM HERO NFT

is the “utility token” behind the BIM Coordinators Community. It has a number of functions:
● It determines the eligibility for community members to participate, make contributions, make proposals and vote on governance issues for BIM HERO DAO.
● It is an indication of the status, reputation and level of participation or commitment to the community by the NFT holder.
● It can be used as a reward or remuneration mechanism, for the exchange of input, effort or value contributions.

The community will “self-organise” into a leadership hierarchy structure, based on the level of participation and contribution of the members, and through a system of proposing/nominating candidates for various roles, and open/transparent voting, using the DAO NFT on the blockchain. There are 10 “tiers” (classes or levels) of the NFT’s, that indicate an increasing level of commitment or participation in the community, and the attainment of these provides associated “status” or “reputation” to the holders. The benefits of higher tier NFT’s are as follows:
● Proposals made by higher tier NFT holders, will have a higher priority, to proposals made by lower tier NFT holders.
● Votes cast by higher tier NFT holders, will have higher “weighting” or priority, to votes cast by lower tier NFT holders.
● Certain “VIP” benefits, will be limited to holders of higher tier NFT’s (eg. discounts on membership, event tickets, access to certain VIP events or material, etc).

(10) Leadership Council Member

Elected members of the “leadership council” representing the 10 core theme groups (Community, Clients, Planning, Design, Construction, Operations, Data Governance, Technology, Competency, DAO Protocol).

How to get elected? ●You must hold a valid DAO NFT ●You must be “proposed” or nominated as a candidate. (you can self-nominate) ●You must receive votes from at least 20 other DAO NFT members. ●You get the most votes at the time of election. How long is the position held? ●The standard term is approximately 1 year (from summit to summit). ●Members can be reelected for an additional term. ●If a member selects to resign or “stand down” within their term, another election will take place to select another member. ●DAO members can also initiate a reelection process if necessary (see procedures). What are the duties? ●Attend an online monthly “Leadership Council Meeting”. (minimum 8 within 1 year). ●Put forward “proposals” for membership voting (on governance issues like selection of leaders, speakers, sponsors, allocations of budget, etc). ●Conduct an online “Group Leaders Meeting”, with the Group Leaders that fall into your core theme/group. (minimum 8 within 1 year). ●Submit a monthly “Summary Report”. (as per template - minimum 8 within 1 year). ●Coordinate/Confirm the sponsors/speakers for the “summit” stage for your core theme/group. What are the benefits? ●Achieve status/reputation in the community as a “Leadership Council Member”. ●Receive a “Tier 10” Leadership Council NFT (which provides 10 votes). ●Help influence the governance and direction of the community. ●Network and engage with other leaders of the community.

(8) Ambassador (country/region/multinationals)

Elected representatives for global Regions, Countries, Cities, or large multi-national organisations, to act as a “point-of-contact” between the community leadership and members in those regions etc.

(6) Sponsor/Supporter

Members who sponsor or support the BIM Coordinators Summit events and activities, through either financial support or other agreed efforts or commitments (eg. partnerships).

Members who participate as speakers, or contributors, in “virtual” (online) BIM Coordinators Summit events and activities.

(2) Virtual Event Attendee

Members who attend “virtual” (online) BIM Coordinators Summit events and activities.

(9) Group Leader

Elected leaders of the specialist/discipline discussion groups (within the core themes of Community, Clients, Planning, Design, Construction, Operations, Data Governance, Technology, Competency, DAO Protocol).

(7) BIM Hero

Members who have been nominated for the “BIM hero Token of Appreciation” in recognition of their contribution to information management in AEC (architecture, engineering, construction, property real-estate and infrastructure asset management).

(5) Live Event Speaker

Members who participate as speakers, or contributors, in “live” (in-person) BIM Coordinators Summit events and activities.

(3) Live Event Attendee

Members who attend “live” (in-person) BIM Coordinators Summit events and activities.

(1) Entry Level Member

“Voting” Members of the BIM Coordinators Summit Community DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) who hold a valid NFT (non-fungible token) to participate in member activities including voting on governance issues like selection of leaders, speakers, sponsors, allocations of budget, etc.
